Tekno returns with “Alhaji,” a track that blends traditional northern Nigerian vibes with his signature Afropop flair. Produced by Blaise Beatz, the song pays homage to street hustle and success — themes Tekno has explored in hits like “Jogodo” and “Pana.”
In an Instagram post, Tekno revealed the beat was inspired by Hausa music he heard during a trip to Kano. That influence is clear in the percussion and flute-driven intro.
With vibrant visuals coming soon, and a viral TikTok challenge already gaining steam, “Alhaji” is shaping up to be one of Tekno’s biggest drops this year.
